HGZ Electric Travelable General Purpose Self Adjustable Welding Rotator

1.     The Unique Feature of HGZ Self Adjusting Electric Traveling Welding Rotator:

1)      This section of self adjusting Travelable Welding Roller Bed is another extended version of product on the basis of standard self adjustable general purpose Welding Roller Bed;

3)      From the above photos we can see, that the difference between stationary Welding Turning Roller and Traveling Welding Turning Roller is as below:

a)       The stationary Welding Roller Bed is put on the ground without moving motion, during the whole working period of the HGZ Welding Rotator;

b)      With a set of motor and four pieces of wheels fit beneath the Welding Roller Bed, this series of HGZ general purpose Traveling Welding Rotator gains additional degree of freedom: To travel along the rails.

2.     The Application on HGZ Self Adjusting Electric Travelable Welding Rotator:

1)      As we know, one purpose of universal Welding Turning Roller is for butt joining of pipes and other cylindrical workpieces;

2)      With this capable Traveling Welding Rotator, the butt joining process is convenient and manageable;

3)      Hoist of general purpose Welding Roller Bed is not an easy task, especially for movement of heavy duty, or large tonnage universal Welding Rotator. Now, with travelable function added, changing location of the Welding Turning Roller can be made without much difficulty.

3.     Putting into Use of the HGZ Self Adjusting Electric Traveling Welding Rotator:

1)      From the above photos and attached pictures we can see, that control board of the Welding Rotator is fit alongside the Welding Roller Bed and travels with it;

2)      There are some pushbuttons, switches, and lamps on the door of the control board of the Welding Rotator, for operating the Travelable Welding Rotator: (Fig.3) 

3)      Besides, a remote pendant is used to manage the Traveling Welding Rotator, when the Traveling Welding Roller Bed of it has broad range of working area.

4.     Specification of the HGZ Self Adjusting Electric Traveling Welding Turning Roller:

1)      Same as the preceding section of HGZ beds adjusting Self Adjusting Welding Rotator, with this electric Traveling Welding Roller Bed, besides its moving function, all the remaining functions of the Welding Rotator are same as standard type self adjusting Welding Roller Bed;

2)      The travel speed of this high efficiency Traveling Welding Rotator is usually constant. Meanwhile, variable speed type can be specially made for Travelable Welding Turning Roller;
