The HLK series Traveling and Anti Drifting Welding Rolling Bed introduced in this product section, is the complex in the product family, in view of:
1) It has manual or motor drive moving function --- So that more degree of freedom and more extensive working scope on workpiece can be got;
2) Its workpiece lift is with hydraulic drive--- Higher power of action of the Welding Rotator equipment, and hence allowable bigger specification of workpiece;
3) It is Traveling and Anti Drifting Weld Turning Roll --- Making good quality of welding process on various workpieces.
With so many functions integrated into one set of the welding equipment machine tool, this special made sophisticated Weld Turning Roll can fulfil series of complicated jobs with high quality, such as:
1) Cylindrical part butt joint welding, such as for Pipe, Tank, Tube, etc.;
2) Working together with other Welding Equipment, such as Welding Manipulator, Welding Positioner, to be constituted into various kinds of personalized tailor made Welding Center;
3) Available on performing large diameter of longitudinal and or circumferential seam submerged arc welding, on the both internal and or external surface, which has extensive application in large scale projects, such as Oil Tanks, Petrochemical, etc.
a) To have workpiece manipulated in the above mentioned working process, idler section of the Welding Rolling Bed is hydraulic drive elevating type;
b) The individual detecting unit of the Anti Drifting Weld Turning Roll is movable, and put together against terminal of the workpiece all the while during work;
c) Electric control system of this set of Traveling and Anti Drifting Welding Rolling Bed has PLC (Programmable logic controller) as its core control unit, and photoelectric sensor as negative feedback element, forming a closed loop control circuit, for managing on the anti drifting process;
a) During working of the Anti Drifting Weld Turning Roll, the photo electric sensor gives drifting information of the workpiece feedback in the form of analog value signal (Workpiece revolving direction and stroke) to PLC;
b) PLC makes analysis based on this information and compare it with the preset tolerance of the welding equipment machine tool;
c) Based on this analysis, PLC sends out command to acting unit of the Anti Drifting Welding Rotator---- Hydraulic oil cylinder, to lift up or lower down the idler section of the Welding Rolling Bed, in terms of elevating direction, stroke and velocity again;
d) Workpiece revolve is adjusted accordingly following management of the idler section of the Welding Turning Roller;
e) In this way, during the entire working stage of the Anti Drifting Welding Rotator, workpiece rotation is confined to the tolerance limit of the preset value, guaranteeing on superior welding quality and efficiency of the welding machine tool equipment;
a) One complement on the above mentioned working process of the Anti Drifting welding equipment is the terminal surface of the workpiece, it had better be machined ahead of time, to have the detecting sensor get nimble detecting effect;
b) Operation, including welding rotator itself, detecting unit and hydraulic system, are integrated into one operating pendant of the Anti Drifting Welding Rotator;
c) Such kind of high end Anti Drifting welding machine tool is usually used on workpieces with thick thickness, which involves several passes of welding seam, such as in the process of Boiler Production.
