1. Calculation on necessary Max. pressing tonnage for straightening designated specification of workpiece: The standard Max. output pressing force of standard models of the Longitudinal Straightening Machine is from 20 Ton (HJ20) to 300 Ton (HJ300);
2. Design on general layout and overall structure of the Beam Horizontal Press Straightening Machine, based on customer facility surroundings and utility. Then make assemblies and components disassembly from general design, break down into each part of the machine;
3. Make process route on producing and validating on the entire set of steel BOX H Beam Longitudinal Straightening Machine at Wuxi JACK, from 1st operation plate cut off and components machining, to fabrication, to assembly, to painting, to final test, as well as in process quality gate;
4. Plan on and purchase outsourced parts of the machine: Hydraulic oil cylinders and pump station, electric control elements;
