1) Straightening Mechanism, this is composed of three pieces of high strength solid straightening rollers, and its driving and guiding units. Of which, the two pieces of smaller straightening rollers are assembled in the upper position in symmetry, and the larger straightening roller is in the bottom position;
a) This is for accommodating on different width of H Beam flange to be straightened;
b) Adjustment on straightening rollers span is in the way of manual turning handwheel;
a) This is the mounting base for the 2 pieces of upper straightening rollers, and sliding channel of straightening drive force transmission;
b) There are 2 pieces of shaft boxes in one set of the machine;
a) This consists of slotting table for adjusting on distance between the 2 pieces of upper position straightening rollers at bottom;
b) All the above mentioned working elements of the machine are installed on this mechanical base bed.
1) In mechanical motor drive structure HYJ series, this unit is 2 sets of 1.5kW A.C. motor;
2) In hydraulic drive structure YTJ and HJ series, this unit is 2 pieces of custom made oil cylinders;
3) Either the A.C. motors or oil cylinders are installed right above the shaft boxes.
Both conveyors are idle type: After H Beam is hoisted onto input conveyor of the machine, the sending forward of the H Beam during straightening operation is driven with A.C. cycloidal motor, which is installed on lateral side of the machine mechanical main frame.

1) Workpiece Orientation: H Beam lying flat, instead of standing upright on conveyor of the machine;
2) Double Straightening Efficiency: 2 pieces of H Beam can be straightened at the same time in the machine, instead of 1 piece in HYJ and YTJ series;
For selling volume, WJ series horizontal models take much less percentage than HYJ and YTJ series upright models. The reasons are:
a) Higher Price: It has double times straightening efficiency compared with HYJ and YTJ series upright model, and hence 40%~ 50% higher quotation;
b) Requirement on Straightening Efficiency: Straightening speed of HYJ and YTJ models is already much quicker than assembly and welding working stations of H Beam Production Line. So, 2 times straightening efficiency is not a plus for selecting proper model of I H Beam Straightening Machine;
