1) Function: This series of Welding Roller Bed is mainly used for rotation of cylindrical workpieces on its Welding Turning Roller, so that the different processing can be made on the workpiece: Welding, fabrication, assembly, painting, etc.;

3) Application Form: The Self Adjusting Welding Roller Carrier is often worked together with Welding Manipulator, for implementing on process technology of cylindrical workpieces, in the form of not only circumferential seams, but also longitudinal seams.
a) Pipe Loading: To start the official running of this welding equipment, hoist the cylindrical workpiece onto the two pairs (Four pieces) of Welding Turning Roller, which are installed on the two groups of Welding Roller Bed;
b) Next, start on the REVOLVING button on the operating panel. The loaded pipe begins on its rotation in adjustable linear velocity;
a) There is A.C. inverter in the electric control system of the Self Adjusting Welding Rotator, for fulfilling variable frequency drive of the Welding Turning Roller and workpieces revolve:
Hand held operating pendant, with revolving speed adjusting knob (Grey color), and digital display on the pendant: (Fig.2)
b) The grey color turning knob on the operating pendant, can be used for managing the revolving speed precisely, smoothly and conveniently;
a) To be fitting for revolve of cylinder workpieces of various diameters, there are two pieces of plier shape rack, installed on the Welding Roller Bed. On each of these plier shape rack there are two pieces of Welding Turning Roller:
Plier rack and turning rollers in Self Adjusting Welding Rotator: (Fig.3)
b) Automatic Swing: After the workpiece is loaded onto the Welding Turning Roller, the plier shape racks will swing around its fixation shaft automatically (This is where the “Self Adjusting” got from), making good contact between the two pieces of Welding Turning Roller and workpiece, fitting automatically for workpieces of various diameters, making sure the holding angle on the workpiece being kept within the range of 45° ~ 110°.
1) In HGZ80 model automatic Stationary Welding Rotator, there is no physical connection between the driving section of Welding Roller Bed (Or, plier shape rack) and the follower section;
2) So, combination of the driving and follower sections is flexible and convenient, which can be made based on weight and length of workpiece;
3) Especially with light duty and medium duty Welding Rotator, as we introduced in the previous product sections, no need to fix the plier shape racks into ground with anchor bolts;
4) And, thanks to light deadweight of the entire set of HGZ80 model Self Adjusting Welding Roller Bed, just moving the equipment without any fixation, can finish the task of relocating this self adjusting welding machine tool. This makes it a highly efficient Turning Roller.
1) Quantity of Turning Rollers: As introduced in the previous section of the HGZ medium duty Self Adjusting models, each set of the Welding Roller Bed has four pieces of Welding Turning Roller. Or in other words, there are eight pieces of Welding Turning Roller in total, within a set of Self Adjusting Welding Rotator;
2) This is especially a strong point for large models of Self Adjusting Welding Rotator of heavy duty: That with four pairs of Welding Turning Roller in one set of the welding machine tool, the pressure subjected onto each piece of Welding Turning Roller is kept to the minimum level, which can avoid the issue of cold work hardening after welding;
