This general purpose welding machine tool has:
1) Low transmission noise level and smooth workpiece revolve without crawling;

1) Weld Turning Roll of HGK55 model is combination of rubber (Polyurethane) and metallic;
2) As we know, working principle of all type of conventional Welding Rotator, including the light duty models, are by means of utilizing the friction force generated between the driving section of Welding Roller Bed (Motor powered on revolve) and workpiece, which in turn driving the workpiece into rotation of various linear velocity;
3) Combined Material: With light weight of workpiece operated in the light to medium duty Welding Roller Carrier, the overall structure of combining metallic welding turning roll at lateral side, together with rubber material turning rolls in the center (Which has direct contact with workpiece), can guarantee on both sufficient holding strength, as well as best friction force:

4) In this model of HGK55 model Moving type Welding Roller Bed, the diameter and lateral width of welding turning roll is ø400mm and 120mm respectively, applicable for workpiece diameter of ø300~ø950mm. The loading capacity of 55 Ton is realized by means of one set of driving section and one set of idler section Leadscrew Adjust Welding Roller Carrier.
From customers perspective, during daily working of the HGK55 welding equipment:
1. Running Environment: These automatic welding machine tool should be used at environment of: Ventilation, rain proof, moisture proof and dust proof, and should be away from fierce vibration and bumping;
1) There should be no corruptive liquid dropped onto the welding equipment;
2) For this general purpose welding machine tool, equipped with integrated rubber and or PU welding turning roll, it should be worked in normal atmospheric temperature;
3) In extreme conditions, the temperature at contact point between workpiece and the turning rolls should not exceed 75°C.
