1) Some customers have their workpiece size not perfectly matching with any of the standard models and sizes of machine;
2) For example, the Edge Milling Equipment with max. metal plate beveling stroke of 7m/11m/17m, etc. For this purpose, special working stroke of machine is designed and produced. Shown as below:

1) Special Requirement:
a) Workpiece Thickness beyond normal range: Some customers have their workpiece steel plates with the largest thickness of 200mm. This asks for cutting depth of up to 6~7mm, delivered by means of one time stroke in the machine;
b) Welding Groove Type: Some customers need a large models equipment, for producing welding groove on straight and upper edges of workpiece metal plates only;
a) For this purpose, single head configuration with large stroke machine is developed by Wuxi JACK engineering team, such XBJ-15:

b) Or higher power milling head 11kW to be adopted in machine, instead of 7.5kW power equipped in “Ordinary” models;

1) Demand: Some customers require to have both sides of sheet metal plates to be chamfered simultaneously in the machine:
a) The corresponding welding grooves can be either only on straight and upper edges of workpiece steel plates;
b) Or finished on all straight, upper and lower edges of workpiece steel plate;
c) Under such conditions, high productivity of edge milling operation is a must for customers;
a) Either with one piece of milling head installed at each one side of work table. This means there are totally two sets of milling heads, equipped in one set of such special made machine;

3) Under such applications, mechanical structure of machine main body should be made a big change also:
a) Either make the entire mechanical main body of machine in the moving style;
