1. As its name suggests, SXBJ-125 is a set of advanced configuration Sheet Metal Plate Edge Beveling Machine, with numerous novelty and leading edge function equipped;
2. The attached first photo and below demonstrate on main frame and front extension hydraulic working piece loading units of this large machine for plate end chamfering:
3. Assembling and testing on Wuxi JACK SXBJ-125 large machine for end chamfering on sheet metal plate: (Fig.1)
1) In conventional general purpose XBJ and SXBJ series Edge Milling Machine, the largest thickness of workpieces applicable for being edge milled is 40mm/ 50mm/ 80mm;
2) Comparatively, this set of tailor made SXBJ-125 large machine doubles its available workpiece thickness capability to 6 ~ 160mm. This gives customer more choices on workpiece range of thickness;
1) Correspondingly, power of milling head in this set of SXBJ125 plate machine of edge beveling is raised from 7.5kW to 11kW;
a) Facer blade delivers 4~5mm amount of cutting depth beveling each time of stroke in SXBJ-125 model machine for plate end chamfering;
b) This can be compared with 3~4mm cutting depth in the machine of 7.5kW milling head;
c) In this way, the SXBJ-125 heavy duty machine can fulfil end milling operation on 100mm ~ 160mm thickness steel plates with the best productivity;
d) The edge milling job performed with 11kW milling head in the SXBJ-125 machine of edge milling: (Fig.2)
In addition, on the basis of six grades spindle revolution in the 7.5kW milling head machine:
a) The 11kW milling head has nine grades of spindle revolution;
b) This gives wider range of selection on facer diameter applied in the machine;
c) The attached second photo shows the 11kW milling head and its installation in the SXBJ125 model machine for edge milling on large plate;
a) The feeding forward of milling head column on its moving carriage is realized by means of turning handwheel. Please check photo as below:
b) Operator turns handwheel for feeding milling head in Wuxi JACK conventional Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.3)
c) Shown in the above photo, End Chamfering Machine operator turn the handle of handwheel clockwise and or counterclockwise, so that milling head can be fed forward or retreat along its guiderail on the carriage;
d) Every turn of the handwheel can make the milling head column in displacement of 0.8mm toward working table of sheet metal plate Edge Milling Machine;
Feeding forward of Edge Beveling Machine milling head is realized in the combined manner of:
a) Quick adjustment of motor drive together with fine tuning of manual turning;
b) Which means, first A.C. motor drive the milling column toward the workpiece clamped in the machine, then operator make precise adjustment by turning the handwheel;
a) Besides, in this advanced configuration Edge Milling Machine, the displacement of the edge milling column is detected and displayed by means of mechanical principle counter;
b) In this way, operator can monitor position of milling head precisely during work of the large model machine;
c) As shown in the fifth photo and below. You can find there is a figure “78” in code dialer of the counter, which means this milling head column had been moved forward toward workpiece of the machine in the displacement of 78mm;
d) The mechanical counter and handwheel for high efficiently and precisely feeding milling head in Wuxi JACK SXBJ-125 large Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.4)
e) Shown in the above photo, there is a black color handwheel at left side of the A.C. motor, which is coaxial with the A.C. motor. Please check the attached video on trial run on this motor and its counter unit in the machine;
1) The attached third and below photos show automatic lubricating system for the horizontal precise linear guiderail in the machine:
a) The guiderail lubricating elements in Wuxi JACK SXBJ-125 advanced Edge Milling Machine:(Fig.5)
a) Horizontal guiderail has the same length as mechanical base bed of the machine;
b) So, in this set of SXBJ125 large model machine of sheet metal plate edge milling, which means, 12.5m length edge milling stroke, the precise linear guiderail has total length of 18.7m;
c) The horizontal precise guiderail plays core role in guaranteeing precision of plate beveling job in the machine;
a) The “ordinary” plate Edge Beveling Machine adopts manual lubricating unit for its guiderail;
b) Its strong points are lower cost and easy installation;
c) But there is also shortcoming in it: Sometimes operator may forget to activate the lubricating pump, which has negative impact on maintenance of the guiderail in machine;
4) Comparatively, the lubricating style in this advanced SXBJ-125 Edge Milling Machine:
a) The automatic lubricating pump system solves the above problems, by applying oil every 15 second without human intervention;
b) This oil pump has an independent electric circuit, which controls automatic working of the lubricating system in the machine;
c) In this way, operator of the machine can be “relieved” from the tedious job of regular lubrication, and focus on more value added edge milling operation itself in the End Chamfering Machine.
