1. Main Frame: This SXBJ-18 large equipment of plate end beveling has mechanical machine bed of 24,000mm length: 18,000mm length working table plus 6m extension mechanical body;
1) The front extension brackets installed at the front side of SXBJ-18 large equipment of plate end beveling: (Fig.6)
2) As shown in the above photo, there is a row of grounding style loading bracket of 3,000mm depth, (Or, 3,000mm extending width), installed along the entire length of working table, installed at the front side of the SXBJ-18 large plate Edge Milling Machine;
3) This group of front extension bracket is for the purpose of loading and unloading workpiece steel plate into and out of the large size machine for edge milling conveniently;
1) The back side of the working table is operating side of the machine for sheet metal end milling job;
2) There are two sets of milling head carriages installed at this side, and travel in end milling speed during work period of edge milling operation;
3) Working Side of the SXBJ-18 Large Plate Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.7)
1) Trapezoid cross section shape supporting bracket, which is the moving base of milling carriage in machine of edge milling duty;
2) Vertical column above the supporting bracket, which is the trunk for up and down movement of milling head, for the purpose of getting the best position of processing welding groove in the machine of edge milling;
3) There are two sets of motor for driving horizontal movement of the milling carriage along machine of end milling 18,000mm long working table, and vertical adjustment on the milling head respectively;
