3) In other words, the corresponding models are from XBJ-3 to XBJ-9 model Plate Edge Chamfering Machine. For edge milling stroke longer than 9000mm, double heads configured machine is much more applicable and valuable for customers;
1) Power of Milling Head: For XBJ and SXBJ series Plate Edge Milling Machine, small size does not necessarily mean light duty. Milling head installed on single head Plate End Beveling Machine is same as that of double heads machine of sheet metal edge beveling: 7.5kW, with its position adjustable in X/Y/V axis, for getting the best quality of steel plate edge milling;
2) Milling Head Installation Orientation: All the single head machine has its milling head installed in the fashion shown in below photo, facing downward toward workpiece steel plate:

3) Applicable Workpiece: For single head XBJ models machine, the most fitting workpiece are those metal plates, which have small to medium length, and thin to medium level thickness, which had better not up to 40mm, this does not need top and bottom double edges chamfering, delivered from this machine for edge grooving on sheet metal plate;
4) Types of Grooves Produced: Single Head Steel Plate Edge Grooving Machine can only deliver straight edge and upper edge groove on workpiece steel plate, shown as below photo:

2) But inversely is not true: Many small sizes machine are equipped with two sets of milling heads. The typical one is SXBJ-3 model machine on plate end beveling;
3) Applicating Scenario: Single Head Steel Plate Edge Grooving Machine is usually applied in the field of small to medium level construction site, or Machinery. Such as Construction Machinery, Chemical, Vehicle, etc.;
