Types of welding grooves that can be machined from SXBJ-4 Steel Plate Edge Chamfering Machine: (Fig.1)
1) Milling Head Tilting: Shown in the attached 5th and below photo, tilting angle of milling head, which equals to finished welding groove angle produced from the machine of edge milling, can be adjusted within designated range of 0°~80°:

2) Vertical Milling: Based on thickness of workpiece processed with the machine for edge milling job, vertical position of milling head can be changed up and down under motor drive;
3) Steel Plate Sending Forward: Feeding forward by hand for performing sheet metal end milling operation in the Edge Milling Equipment;
4) In this way, accurate position of facer blade for milling can be made, delivering high standard finished bevels of any angle and straight edge in the machine of edge milling;

2. Milling Head Power: In Wuxi JACK produced machine for edge milling task, milling head has power of 7.5kW, compared with 5.5kW specification adopted by same traders, making sure much more high efficiency of the Steel Plate End Beveling Machine;

1) Working Speed: Speed on machining welding groove, which is working speed of this automatic machine for steel plate edge milling, is adjustable within the range of 150~ 1000 mm/min. controlled with A.C. inverter;
2) Idle High Speed: When the Steel Plate Edge Milling Equipment is not in working, the milling head travels in idle high speed of 4000 mm/min. to its target position of original point, waiting on next sequence operation starting point of the machine of edge milling;
a) In milling head being equipped with Wuxi JACK produced machine of end milling, spindle of the milling head has 6 grades of revolution speed, adjusted by handwheel at its rear side;

c) Compared with the revolutionary speed adjusting way of “Uncovering encase of the spindle box and replacing gear couples” adopted by same trade, our speed control operation of the machine of edge milling is much more efficient and accurate;
1) Milling head of the machine for steel plate edge milling is equipped with a lubricating pump;
2) This lubricating pump dribbles 10 droplets every minute during running period of the Steel Plate End Beveling Machine;
3) In this way, surface of its guideway is always protected with a layer of oil film;
4) Besides, due to small volume of oiling, workshop floor of the machine for steel plate edge chamfering operation can always be kept dry and clean.
