RH-3000 High Power Plate Edge Rounding Machine for Shipyard

1.     The Usage of RH3000 Hydraulic Plate Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine:

1)      The attached first picture shows a set of RH3000 Hydraulic Plate Edge Rounding machine, which was in the process of acceptance at Wuxi JACK facility, by customers from Port Machinery Industry;

2.     The Topic of this Product Section of RH3000 Hydraulic Plate Edge Deburring and Rounding Machine:

1)      In the 7^th product section of “RH1000 High Power Plate Edge Rounding machine”, we give introduction on several supplementary and requisite units in RH series Edge Rounding machine in its small model (RH1000, RH800, etc.);

2)      Here we give complement on the assistant units for larger models of RH1500, RH2000, and RH3000 gantry type Edge Trimming and Rounding Machine.

3.     Downward Stroke Pressing Unit in RH series Edge Rounding and Trimming Machine:

1)      We mentioned this unit several times before. It is for pressing top surface of workpiece in the process of rounding, to prevent the workpiece surface from being propped up under the effect of both sides rounding force;

2)      1500mm width of workpiece is the threshold on considering this issue. This is the reason that, why we introduce this down pressing unit and adopts gantry type frame in Edge Trimming Rounding machine from the model of RH1500;

3)      There are three pieces of down pressing rollers in one set of RH3000 Hydraulic Plate Edge Deburring and Rounding Machine: (Fig.1)

4)      The up and down movements of the pressing rollers, which is for the purpose of accommodating workpiece thickness, are hydraulic driven, controlled with related electromagnetic valves in hydraulic circuit, and manipulated with related button and switch on operating pendant of the Edge Rounding Machine: (Fig.2)

5)      Besides vertical axis, these three pieces of pressing rollers can also be moved along transverse direction by hand, to be adaptable for changed width of workpiece processed in this Efficient Edge Rounding machine;

6)      Besides acting integrally for wide workpiece (2.5m~ 3m width), these three pieces of pressing rollers can also work individually, depending on actual width of workpiece. For example, for rounding plate of 1500mm width, only the middle one piece of pressing roller is necessary to be moved downward, in the mechanical main frame of the Edge Deburring and Rounding machine.

4.     Bottom Supporting Rollers in RH3000 Hydraulic Plate Edge Deburring and Rounding Machine:

1)      In the attached first photo, the 2 pieces of long rollers put idle on the floor at the front side of machine body shown in the picture, are bottom supporting rollers used in RH3000 Edge Rounding and Trimming machine. The picture shows it is in idle state, (Not used). Please check below: (Fig.3)

2)      These bottom supporting rollers are used in pair with the downward pressing rollers described in item 1);

3)      These bottom supporting rollers are manual manipulated. Which means, they are placed into and taken out from the Edge Rounding machine body by hand;

4)      Usage of These Bottom Supporting Rollers in Edge Rounding Machine:

a)       During rounding operation in the Edge Rounding and Trimming machine, the downstroke pressing rollers descend to hold top surface of workpiece tightly;

b)      At the same time, these bottom supporting rollers hold bottom surface of workpiece tightly, to make sure the holding operation firm and reliable.
