1) Compared with HYJ series mechanical motor drive, the YTJ series hydraulic drive equipment can be viewed as heavy duty of its product family;
2) The straightening capacity of YTJ series hydraulic drive can be from 50mm flange thickness to 80mm, compared with 40mm in HYJ series mechanical motor drive;
3) This sub division of YTJ series hydraulic drive is usually applied in heavy duty H Beam Production Line.
On the basis of HYJ series mechanical motor drive structures, we can get a better understanding on YTJ series hydraulic drive, on the aspect of Same Points and Different Points as below:
a) Working Purpose: Same as HYJ mechanical motor drive structures, the YTJ hydraulic type is also used for straightening H Beam flange deformation after H Beam SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) Machine;
b) Workpiece Position: Same as HYJ series mechanical type, during straightening in the YTJ series hydraulic drive heavy duty models, the H Beam is also put in the position of “Standing”, or web in vertical direction, check below sketch:

a) Straightening Principle: The YTJ60 and YTJ80 models work in different manner from HYJ mechanical type as well as YTJ40 and YTJ60 hydraulic type, it will be introduced in the product section of YTJ-60 Heavy duty models;

b) Steel grade: The H Beam straightened with hydraulic and mechanical is different: HYJ model motor drive is for Chinese grade Q235, with tensile strength 370~510MPa; While YTJ models hydraulic drive is for Chinese grade Q345, with tensile strength 510~600 MPa;
c) Straightening Driven Force: Different from HYJ mechanical motor drive, the straightening operation of the YTJ models hydraulic drive is driven with oil cylinders, instead of motor reducer. Hence, it has higher capacity in terms of flange thickness that can be straightened;
d) Application Range: Different from HYJ models mechanical type, YTJ models hydraulic drive heavy duty machines are not so frequently used in light duty and medium duty automatic H Beam production line. This is because HYJ series can meet the demand on most majority H Beam straightening produced with the automatic line;
e) Flange Thickness Range: For standard Hydraulic I Beam Straightening Machine, its lower limit is upper limits of mechanical type of 40mm; Upper limit is 80mm (YTJ80). And we can produce the special type of equipment with higher capacity if customer need;
f) Application Scenario: YTJ series hydraulic drive heavy duty machines are usually applied at the facility and construction site where workpiece of excessive thickness needs to be straightened, such as Heat Engine Plant, Structure Frame for supporting Boiler or Furnace, or large Steel Structure Workshop;
g) Applicable Workpiece type: H Beam with small cross size with big thickness.
1) Operation: One operator can manage working process of the machine, covering jobs of load, unload and straightening;
a) There are four models of YTJ-40/50/60/80 to choose from based on flange and web thickness;
b) Besides, as mentioned earlier in this product section, we have capability on designing and producing custom made models, with flange thickness higher than 80mm.
