A.  Task and Applicable Workpieces of YTJ-60 Hydraulic Heavy duty H Beam Straightening Machine:

1.  Why Customers Need H Beam Straightening Machinery?

1) During fabrication of welding H Beam, the 2 pieces of welding seams joining flanges with web will have certain degree of deformation, due to the effect of welding heat input;

2) The machine is for flattening this distortion on H Beam flange: (Fig.1)

2.  Suitable Working Parts for Different Types of H Beam Straightening Equipment:

Based on driving force on straightening operation, there are two types of the straightening machine:

1) Motor drive H Beam Flange Straightening Machine, which is for straightening small to medium thickness (6mm~ 40mm) carbon steel, with tensile strength of 370~ 510 MPa (Equals to Chinese grade Q235);

2)  Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine, which is for straightening medium to big thickness (Max. 40mm ~ 80mm) carbon steel, with tensile strength of 510~ 600 MPa (Equals to Chinese grade Q345);

2) The YTJ-60 belongs to the second type of hydraulic drive, which has the largest straightening capacity of 60mm thickness H Beam flange, fabricated from Q345 carbon steel.

1)  The workpiece transportation system through input conveyor/ mechanical main body/ output conveyor of YTJ60 is driven with 15kW motor reducer, which has the max. output torque of 48650N.m;

2) Straightening purpose hydraulic oil pump motor has 11kW power, of 25MPa rated pressure;

3) Correspondingly, this heavy duty Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Equipment has high efficiency straightening working speed of 6300 mm/min.;

C. Precondition on H Beam Specifications for YTJ-60 Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine:

Correspondingly, to make sure eligible implementation of such heavy straightening performance, workpieces of the YTJ-60 model machine should be:

1. H Beam web height in the range of 350mm~ 2500mm, thickness equal to or less than 50mm;

2. The relationship between flange thickness and flange width of H Beam available for YTJ-60 should conform to below rule of thumb:

3. Special Unit for Accommodating Special Web Height in YTJ-60 Heavy duty H Beam Straightening Machine:

1) Under extreme conditions, when H Beam web height is less than 350mm, the equipment should be equipped with a group of small pressing rollers;

2) This helps web height of H Beam available for YTJ-60 can be as small as 200mm.
