As introduced in the previous product section of “WJ series”, this machine series is a kind of high efficiency automatic work H Beam Flange Straightening Machine with H Beam horizontal position during straightening. The three most salient features with the machine are:
1) Workpiece Orientation: H Beam is in the style of “H” orientation during straightening operation, compared with “工” orientation in YTJ and HYJ series of H Beam in vertical position structure;

2) Applicable H Beam Specifications: WJ series horizontal straightening machine is for straightening on small and medium size H Beam. Please check below specification table;
3) Straightening Efficiency: The WJ Horizontal way H Beam Flange Straightening Machine has two times straightening productivity compared with YTJ and HYJ series vertical structure machines, because this model straightens on two sides flanges of H Beam with one time pass together.
1) As explained in the previous product section, due to relative less application of the WJ series machine and structure limitation, it has only two standard models of WJ25 and WJ40 (Technical parameters of the two models see ending section of this product introduction);
2) On the other hand, we can design and produce special made designs of the horizontal straightening machine based on customer demand.

From the above specification we can find, that,
a) WJ series machine is for processing on small and medium size H Beam;
b) YTJ-40/50/60 and HYJ40/800 models straightening machine is for straightening on medium and large size H Beam;
c) YTJ-80, the largest and heaviest model of straightening machine, is for straightening on super heavy duty H Beam;
d) Percentage on each model of H Beam Straightening Machine depends on local market preference.
1) WJ series have same level of hydraulic station power as that of the YTJ-50 hydraulic drive model straightening machine;
2) WJ series have same level of main motor reducer and conveyor motor power as those of the HYJ-40 model motor drive model straightening machine;
3) WJ series have same level of straightening speed as that of the YTJ-80 hydraulic drive model straightening machine, but with two times of straightening production efficiency;
