As you may find from the attached first photo, the working site of YTJ-80 hydraulic power Heavy duty H Beam Straightening Machine, it is really an equipment of powerful force.
1) YTJ-80 hydraulic Heavy duty H Beam Straightening Equipment is “Jumbo” in full range of automatic H Beam Straightening Machine, including both YTJ series hydraulic drive, and HYJ series mechanical motor drive;
2) Straightening Capacity: This high power high efficiency YTJ-80 heavy duty H I Beam Flange Straightening Machine has capability of straightening H Beam with flange up to 80mm thickness, for the material of Q345 (Tensile strength 510 ~ 600 MPa);
a) H Beam flange height should be 300 ~ 1200mm;
b) H Beam web height should be 500 ~ 2500mm;
4) There is relationship between available flange height and flange thickness of the H Beam straightened in YTJ-80 model, shown as below: (Fig.1)

a) Main motor power is 22kW, with max. output torque of 69650N.m;
b) Oil pump station power is 15kW, with rated pressure of 25MPa and max. 27MPa.

As can be seen from the above picture, it can be divided into five sections of A/B/C/D/E:
a) Section A: This is for power indication and conveyor movement control;
b) Section B: This is for hydraulic oil pump station control;
c) Section C: This is for top straightening roller distance adjustment;
d) Section D: This is for conveyor elevation control;
e) Section E: This is for web alignment and clamp control;
i. 5 is power indication lamp of this hydraulic drive machine;
ii. 1~2 is for having conveyor moving forward and backward continuously respectively;
iii. 3~4 is for having conveyor moving forward and backward in inching style respectively;
iv. 6 is to stop the conveyor movement;
v. 7 is for emergency stop the machine running;
i. 8~9 is for starting on and shut off oil pump station;
ii. 10 is the indication lamp of the hydraulic station;
i. 11 is for controlling the left top straightening roller away (For accommodating larger size of flange of H Beam);
ii. 12 is controlling the left top straightening roller toward (for accommodating smaller size of flange);
iii. 13& 14 are counterpart of 11&12 for the right top straightening roller;
i. 15& 16 are for elevating and descending the input conveyor respectively;
ii. 17& 18 are for elevating and descending the output conveyor respectively;
iii. 19& 20 are for elevating and descending the uplift oil cylinder respectively (Managing straightening process of machine);
i. 21&22 are for clamping and releasing of web positioning rollers at the front side respectively (Hydraulic oil cylinder drive);
ii. 23&24 are for clamping& releasing of web positioning rollers at the back side of machine respectively (Hydraulic oil cylinder drive);
iii. 25&26 are for clamping& releasing of web positioning rollers at the both sides respectively;
f) In brief, operation of the YTJ-80 model machine needs focus, skill and experience of operator.
