Without workpiece laid in the machine, as shown in the first photo, the YTJ-60 Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine looks ordinary. Only after the large thickness H Beam straightened in it, can we identify the extraordinary of this H Beam Production Machine.
1) The YTJ-60 (and YTJ-80) are heavy duty products of YTJ series H Beam Straightening Equipment;
2) To be specific, although all the models work in the manner of hydraulic drive, the YTJ series I Beam Straightening Machine (Here I Beam is the same name of H Beam) can be divided into two sub groups of light and medium duty of YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine, as well as heavy duty YTJ-60 and YTJ-80 models;
a) Different specific straightening principle between the light and medium duty, with heavy duty hydraulic models;
b) Hence structure and operating process (Operation panel) of the two types of hydraulic H Beam Straightening Machine.

YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 YTJ-60 and YTJ-80
a) As can be seen from above the two sketches, with the same kind of T shape cavity formed with two pieces of top straightening rollers and one piece of bottom straightening roller, for YTJ60 and YTJ-80 high power hydraulic models, working style is bottom straightening roller moving upward and exerting force on bottom of the flange tightly, while the two pieces of top rollers kept at static along vertical direction;
b) This is contrary to that of YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 Hydraulic H Beam Straightening Equipment, as well as HYJ series mechanical models;
Same as YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 models, the driving power on bottom straightening roller is from hydraulic cylinder, with higher power and hence greater driving force;
Also contrary with YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 models, in YTJ60 and YTJ80 models, forward transportation of welding H Beam on the conveyors is made with revolve of the two pieces of top straightening rollers, instead of the bottom roller as in the case of YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 models;
The span adjustment unit for the two pieces of top straightening rollers is different. Please check below picture:
YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 YTJ-60 and YTJ-80
a) For accommodating flange of various size, it is necessary to adjust relative position of the two pieces of top straightening rollers. In YTJ60 and YTJ80 models, such movement of the upper straightening rollers is driven with oil cylinder within guiding bush;
b) While in YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 (Also mechanical structures), such movement on span adjustment is made with handwheel along a T slot;
a) With both the top straightening rollers and web clamp unit are all driven with hydraulic cylinders, instead of mechanical leadscrew by means of handwheel as in the YTJ-40 and YTJ-50 hydraulic drive models, operation of the YTJ-60 (And YTJ-80) models integrates corresponding buttons for fulfilling these tasks;
