1. The attached first photo of this product section reveals advanced unit equipped in the SXBJ-16 Large Size Plate Edge Milling Equipment: A group of automatic running hydraulic drive workpiece (Steel Plate) loading system;
2. This is pride of Wuxi JACK delivered XBJ and SXBJ series Advanced Function Large Size Plate End Milling Machine, that such assistant loading system is unique configuration of Wuxi JACK product machines;
3. The advanced function hydraulic drive steel plate handling brackets equipped in Wuxi JACK machine for edge chamfering: (Fig.1)
1) Length of the steel plate is 16,000mm, width is 3,000mm, and thickness can be up to 100mm;
2) The specific weight of steel plate is 7.85 ton per cubic meter;
3) So, volume of the largest workpiece steel plate is: 3,000mm (Width) x 16,000mm (Length) x 100mm (Thickness) = 4.8 cubic meter;
4) Correspondingly, weight of the biggest steel plate for the SXBJ-16 large model Edge Milling Machine is: 4.8 cubic meter x 7.85 ton per cubic meter equals to: 38 Ton;
a) Conceivably, without this automatic hydraulic drive assistant loading system, the 38 Ton workpiece steel plate can only be pushed into the SXBJ-16 large size machine before formal edge milling operation, and pulled out of the machine at the completion of operation manually by hands of operators;
b) It is really hard, time consuming, and dangerous for operators of the SXBJ-16 and other models large size machine for plate edge milling;
6) Now, with this Wuxi JACK exclusively owned automatic assistant loading system equipped, the non-value added raw material handling job in large models machines can be completed with easy job in reliable way. This is significance and blessing for operators of XBJ and SXBJ series Double Heads Long Stroke Large Size Plate Edge Chamfering Machine.
1) Below photo demonstrates on assembly period on hydraulic assistant loading brackets, during installation of SXBJ-16 at Wuxi JACK facility: (Fig.2)
2) As can be seen from the above photo, there are several sets of floor standing type brackets installed at the front side of machine worktable;
3) The quantity of these steel plate loading brackets is determined based on the max. effective edge milling stroke of the machine;
4) The interval between any 2 sets of hydraulic push and pull bracket is 5,000mm. But not the STOPs. If necessary, quantity of STOPs can be increased for small workpieces in the SXBJ-16 model machine;
5) As to the hydraulic drive push and pull brackets, based on our experience and feedback from customers, for metal plate of 1500~1800mm length to be processed in the large size machine for plate edge milling, it can be pushed on single set of sheet push and pull bracket;
1) Below photo reflects on the assembled, validated and painted hydraulic drive assistant loading brackets for Wuxi JACK large size model machine: (Fig.3)
2) As can be seen from the above photo, there is an array of rolling rollers installed on the top surface of brackets, which, during its revolving under the drive of hydraulic oil cylinders, will send the workpiece steel plate forward under the effect of rolling friction force, until the steel plate arrives at SXBJ-16 machine work table.
1. Output: This machine can fulfil sheet metal edge milling operation with length up to 16,000mm in the form of welding chamfers shown as below: (Fig.4)
2. With 2 sets of milling units assembled onto SXBJ-16 large model machine, it can complete on sheet metal edge milling operation on single piece of large size metal plate, or on two pieces of smaller size metal plates with different types of bevels at the same time;
3. The finished X chamfer groove on edge of steel plate from Wuxi JACK SXBJ-16 large size machine for plate edge milling : (Fig.5)
4. This makes sure the metal plate edge chamfering operation can be attained in XBJ and SXBJ series Edge Milling Machine in more all purpose style, flexible and high efficiency.
