2) Business Background: The attached 1st set of DX4080 heavy duty I Beam End Face Milling Machine made by Wuxi JACK was completed in end of 2010, and delivered to a customer from Shipbuilding industry in Wuhan city, China at the beginning of 2011. It has very good and stable performance over the past 10s years, and gained high recognition from the customer. Since then, more and more Large scale H Beam End Facing Machine of DX40xx and larger (DX5080/ DX6080) have been made for customers both in China and abroad, and have acquired word of mouth from customers;
3) Application: Workpieces for these Heavy duty H Beam End Milling Machine with 4,000mm plus vertical stroke and higher are usually large scale special made structure members, for applied in Shipbuilding/ Power Plant/ Oil Derrick, etc., as shown in the 2nd photo.
Not every producer in Machine Tool Works Industry has strength on design and producing such big and heavy duty equipment. Customer have two preparatory jobs before putting it into use:
a) Make foundation based on the drawing from us;
b) Make workpiece rack of corresponding size. (Please check the first picture) Usually for super large size of machines from DX4080 model, customer prepare on workpiece platform based on practical condition;
7)For Heavy duty H Beam End Milling Machine, after commissioning at our company, its machine body is disassembled, shipped to customer site, assembled into an integral machine again, and then made commissioning. The levelness of machine base bed and verticality of upright column are critical control parameters in installation.
