1) The attached first and second photos reflect on working site of Wuxi JACK DX3050 Large Scale BOX Beam End Face Milling Machine: A piece of 1200 ~ 1500 mm side length BOX beam was being finished end face milling operation;

Workpieces applicative for DX3050 please see the attached 1st ~ 4th photos:
1) BOX Beam of side length 1200 ~ 1500mm, which are produced from 1200/ 1500 BOX Beam Production Line;
2) Medium~ large Pipe structural members with diameter up to Φ3000mm. Please note the model in the 4th photo is DX1520 I Beam End Facing Machine. Obviously, this model is a bit small for the workpiece in the photo. A larger model (For example, DX3050 here is more suitable);
3) H Beam/ I Beam of 1500 mm/1800 mm/ 2000 mm delivered from H Beam Production Line;
4) Any special designed structure members with max. dimension of 3000mm.
As we can find from these photos, proper designed workpiece brackets are important for proper running of the machine. Check carefully on design of these brackets in the 1st~ 4th photos, you can find there exist certain difference between used for BOX Beam and Pipe Structure Member--- In DX series H Beam BOX Beam End Face Milling Machine, workpiece bracket is designed based on structure characteristic of workpieces;
a) In one set of DX series I Beam End Face Milling Machine, one group of workpiece brackets consists of three ~ four sets of brackets depending on largest size of workpiece;
b) The first bracket, which is the closet to end face of workpiece, is the most important one. It clamps the workpiece from both bottom and lateral side --- Depending on whether BOX Beam or pipe structural members, there are two or one overhead downward cylinders to clamp the workpiece into the H Beam end face milling machine;
c) The next several brackets usually clamp the workpiece from lateral side only, unless special requirement on downward clamp;
d) During clamping, one side of workpiece should be taken as reference plane, and be perpendicular with end face of workpiece. If not, end face milling quality of the DX series Pipe End Face Milling Machine may be negatively influenced.

1) In DX series BOX Beam End Face Milling Machine, milling head is installed in the orientation of horizontal position, which is different from vertical orientation in XBJ series Edge Milling Machine;
2) There is a nameplate on front face of the milling head, indicating the 6 grades of spindle revolution from 75rpm to 420rpm. To have changeover among this 6 grades of spindle revolution, just turn the two pieces of lever, one for “high revolution”, the other for “slow revolution”, among the three optional positions in each lever (2x3=6). Comparatively, for doing the same task on milling head from some competitors, you may need to uncover the front case, and replace 2 pairs of gear, very time consuming;
3) The reason on changing spindle revolution --- During work of the DX series Pipe End Face Milling Machine, you may need to select cutter head of various diameter. Correspondingly, the spindle revolution of milling head needs to be adjusted in reverse proportion: The larger the diameter of cutter head, the slow the spindle revolution, making linear velocity of facer blade maintained within constant range of 160~ 300 mm/min.;
4) There is an angular ruler on the top right corner of milling head front cover. This is for indicating actual tilted angle of the milling head during operation of the H Beam end face milling machine, in case it makes beveling on workpiece;
5) The cutting depth (Usually 5~6mm in BOX Beam End Face Milling Machine) is adjusted by means of the big handwheel at left top corner of front cover.
1) Please check the attached 6th photo. It is machine body of DX3030 casting base machine;
2) The base bed is special made casting base, instead of standard type of welding structure.
