1) DX2060 is another middle large specification of DX series Pipe H Beam End Milling Machine. It has 2000 mm longer horizontal stroke than that of DX2040 model. The two models are sibling products;
2) For the ease of end face milling on beam structure members with nearly square cross section shape, length of horizontal stroke is usually about the similar size as height of vertical stroke. Meanwhile, as customer, you can determine your preferred horizontal working stroke in the machine;
3) The previous working stations preceding DX series H Beam End Milling Machine is Welding Rotator and Welding Manipulator, which are responsible for doing circumferential and longitudinal welding in the pipe structure members respectively.
a) Please check the attached 2nd photo. For DX series machines, guarding unit of horizontal base bed is of cascading style, which is made from stainless steel. Together with horizontal movement of vertical column along machine base bed, the guarding unit is sleeved in and out accordingly, protecting the heavy duty precise guiderail from being infiltrated with foreign particles and milling scraps, during running of the H Beam End Milling Machine. The guarding unit has the advantages of good seal, good dissipation and long life;
b) Under the primary parameter of vertical stroke as we discussed in product section of DX2040 model, horizontal stroke is the secondary tier specification in model determination of the equipment. This is the reason why valid horizontal stroke is optional parameter in the machine. Which means, customer can denote their required horizontal stroke for the purchased DX series H Beam End Milling Machine;
c) There is a peep hole on the guard cover, thru which lubricating and cleanness condition of the precise guiderail can be observed during work;
DX series is a kind of precise processing equipment, and strict contamination control is of vital importance for maintaining high standard level of finished goods quality; There are series of measures taken by Wuxi JACK in the Order to Delivery loop of the DX series machine:
a) Please check attached pictures. Horizontal precise linear guiderail on the machine base bed is protected with the cascading stainless steel cover;

c) The horizontal transmission element of gear rack in the machine is also protected with the cascading stainless steel cover;
d) The up and down transmission element of integral piece of leadscrew is protected with the black color organ shield also;
e) The vertical installed motor responsible for column movement in the machine is protected inside the column, with a square opening in the column bottom for heat dissipation;
