1) Specification: The welding stroke less than 3000mm, in both vertical and horizontal direction (X and Y axis), can be classified as Light duty Welding Column and Boom;
2) Scope: In other words, models under LHZ3030, for example, LHZ2020/ LHZ2525/ LHZ2530, etc. can all be attributed as Light duty models.
a) As can be seen from attached photos and below, Stationary Base Welding Column and Boom has its base bed fixed onto workshop floor, instead of traveling along rails:

1) The turning cross roll bearing revolve at the bottom of the upright column has high strength, nimble rotation and quick stop, guaranteeing on reliable angular positioning on workpieces. Please check below photo in yellow frame:

a) The cross slides saddle plays critical role in operation of the Welding Manipulator, for guiding movement of horizontal Boom along X and Y axis, which in turn determines movement of welding torch on the front end of horizontal Boom:

b) Structure: As can be seen from orange color frame in the above photo, there are totally 8 pieces of eccentric guiding rollers in one piece of the saddle: 4 at the front, and 4 at the rear;
c) Strong Points: These 8 pieces of eccentric rollers not only integrate horizontal boom and vertical column into an integral assembly of the Welding Manipulator, but also make smooth, accurate, and reliable sliding along both horizontal and vertical movement of welding torch;
d) Performance: In this way, the best degree of welding process is available conveniently.
1) Safety Assurance: To keep balance and stability of the light duty welding equipment, there is limitation on its front end loading capacity of boom: Should not exceed 80kg;
2) When not in use, horizontal boom should be lowered down to its bottom position, with its center point intersect with vertical boom.
