TP30 Two Post Stationary Moving Head And Tail Welding Positioner

1.       Usage of TOP30 Two Post Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

Below is request from customer on the TP30 Head and Tail Welding Positioning Equipment:

I am interested in Two Post Welding Positioner:

1)      The Welding Turntable has a load capacity of 3,000 kg;

2)      One set of the drive rack is stationary, and the second set of the rack is driven, alternating on rails;

3)      The track length of Welding Positioning Equipment is 7000 mm;

4)      Faceplate diameter of Welding Turntable is Φ1500 mm;

2.       Main Units of TP30 Two Post Head and Tail Welding Positioning Equipment:

1)     Stationary drive (Primary section) upright column rack (Post), installed with central unit Welding Turntable and its revolve driving mechanism:

2)     Motor drive moving (Follower section) upright column rack (Post) and its moving mechanism:

3.      Stationary Section Primary Upright Column Rack and Revolving Work Welding Turntable in Two Post Welding Positioner:

1) Fixation: Work Welding Turntable is fixed onto rotary support slew bearing, thus making sure its stable rotation: Heavy loading capacity and high precision:

2) Diameter of work Welding Turntable is Φ1500mm;

3)     Workpiece Fixation onto Welding Turntable in the Welding Positioning Equipment:

a)       It is distributed evenly 12 pieces of longitudinal way radioactive T slots along perimeter of the Welding Turntable,

b)      And several rounds of concentric circles slots along parallel way in the Welding Turntable:

4)      Electric Conduction Unit of Welding Turntable in the Two Post Welding Positioner:

a)       There is electric conduction unit installed at middle of the work Welding Turntable, and forms welding grounding circuit of the Welding Positioning Equipment;

b)      There is insulation between the electric conduction unit and horizontal beam of the Welding Turntable;

c)       In this way, the slew bearing will be protected from being electrified and doing harm to the Head and Tail Welding Positioner;

d)      The conductive rod of the electric conduction unit is made of bronze, guaranteeing long term service life of the Welding Turntable and Two Post Welding Positioner;

e)       The max. conductive current of the electric conduction unit is 1000A;

f)        Electric conductive unit of Welding Turntable in the Head and Tail Welding Positioning Equipment: (Fig.6)

5)      Revolve of Welding Turntable during Operation of the Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

a)       Drive Unit: The work Welding Turntable revolve is driven with Taiwan produced motor reducer;

b)      Heavy Power and High Precision: The output of the motor reducer is engaged between pinion and slew bearing, acquiring stable revolve of the work Welding Turntable;

c)       Safe Operation: The driving motor reducer has braking performance, ensuring its being locked firmly at any revolving angular position of the Welding Turntable, thus guaranteeing stable performance of the TP30 Head and Tail Welding Positioner.

4.      Motor Drive Moving Follower Section Column of TP30 Two Post Head and Tail Welding Positioner:

1)      Function and Working Way: The motorized moving column can move along guiderails in either continuous speed, or in inching mode, being applicable for firm fixation of varying length workpieces into Welding Turntable of the Welding Positioning Equipment;

2)      Installation Form: Movement of its rolling wheels are in the form of being clipped into guiderails, so as to preventing the moving column from tumbling down, during start up of this TP30 special made Two Post Welding Positioner work;

3)      Security Assurance: The moving driving motor of the follower section column also has braking performance, so as to be applicable for keeping the follower upright column stationary firmly, after its arrival at target position in the Two Post Head and Tail Welding Positioner.

5.       Hoist and Safe Operation of TP30 Two Post Head and Tail Welding Positioning Equipment:

1)      Hoist: All the large units and assemblies of this Head and Tail Welding Positioner have hoisting units, being convenient for movement/ hoist/ maintenance of the Head and Tail Welding Turntable;

2)      E- STOP: There are emergency stop button on control board of the Head and Tail Welding Positioner, eye catching and easy to reach;

3)      Convenient Operation: Meanwhile, there is a set of hand held operating pendant, controlling on Work Motion / Revolve speed management and display of the work Welding Turntable.
