2) In this section of RH2000 Automatic Plate Edge Rounding Trimming machine, we will discuss its automation in terms of operation and process management, echoing this product name of “Automatic”. From customer’s perspective, this is one of their focus of attention.
Automatic Operations, without human interference in the Edge Rounding machine:
Please check below sketch on operating interface of HMI (Human Machine Interface): (Fig.1)
a) It is in Chinese language. Of course, any language is available for customer convenience in this machine. It denotes the total rounding length of current rounding rollers (“Accumulated Rounding Length”);
b) This is because that, in daily operation of the Automatic Plate Edge Trimming machine, the rounding rollers is consumable. We give its suggested working life (In the form of “Total Rounding Length”) in machine parameters list, please check it at the end of this product section;
c) Another parameter shown in this interface is diameter of rounding roller (“Rounding Roller Dia.”): For RH2000 Edge Rounding Trimming machine, Wuxi JACK prepares 2 types of rounding rollers, catering for the 2 grades of workpiece thickness: (10 ~14mm), and (14~ 40mm);
a) The rounding speed is usually constant values of 7200mm/min;
b) If customers need it to be adjustable, for example, in the range of 3000 ~ 12000 mm/min., inverter will be used in the Edge Rounding machine for this purpose, and a corresponding display meter will be installed correspondingly.
1) Loading and unloading of workpiece and finished product into and out of the machine;
2) Adjust positioning of workpiece and rounding rollers, based on workpiece size. This is made by means of controlling pushbuttons and switches on operating panel of the Edge Rounding machine: (Fig.2)
3) Observe and monitor rounding process in the machine, making it carried out normally as expected.
1) Lift the workpiece onto input conveyor of the Edge Rounding machine, and place it at middle position of the conveyor as much as possible. Please check below photo;
2) Based on workpiece width, select the proper quantity of corresponding downward pressing rollers: Whether it is 1 piece, or 2 pieces, or totally 3 pieces to be used: (Fig.3)
3) Position and clamp the workpiece precisely based on its overall dimensions, including thickness, width, and straight condition of rounding side, by means of adjusting the vertical and horizontal positioning oil cylinders in the Edge Rounding Trimming machine;
4) Start on main transmission motor, sending forward workpiece, and have it rounded at the same time going through the automatic Plate Edge Rounding Trimming machine: (Fig.4)
5) The air drive scrap cleaning unit will clear away debris, which is generated in the rounding process in the Edge Rounding Trimming Machine.
