1) The attached pictures show a set of RH1000 Strip Edge deburring and Rounding machine, which is applied for being used in Bridge Construction Industry;
2) Like other product family, RH1000 is the smallest standard model and also the starting point of our development on RH series Edge Trimming machine. We develop it based on technology experience on welding equipment research and special characteristic of plate rounding operation;
3) With years of accumulation, RH1000 is a very mature and developed model of high efficiency Strip Edge Trimming and Rounding machine.
1) Please check attached picture. The RH1000 Strip Edge Trimming machine consists of one set of mechanical main body; Input and output conveyor; Hydraulic station; Electrical system and Control box;
a) Solid base bed for central working area of the Edge Rounding machine;
b) One set of stationary and one set of movable rounding units respectively, deployed at left and right side of the Edge Trimming machine body;
c) Horizontal guiding unit, for alignment of rounding rollers accommodating size of working parts;
d) Side fending roller for alignment of working parts in the Strip Edge Trimming Rounding machine;
3) The solid base bed is welded into box structure, of which its rigidity and strength has been calculated and validated, during design and production period of the Edge Rounding machine.
a) The stationary rounding unit drives its bottom rounding roller into revolve with cycloidal motor reducer thru coupler, making workpiece rounded continuously: (Fig.2)
b) The movable rounding unit also drives its bottom rounding roller into revolve, driven under another set of cycloidal motor reducer by means of coupler: (Fig.3)
c) Besides, the movable rounding unit can travel horizontally along guiding bush driven with oil cylinder, which in turn adjust rounding roller span based on width of workpiece in the Edge Rounding machine;
a) Both the stationary and movable rounding units have one piece of top and one piece of bottom roller respectively, which work in pair. Or, in other words, there are four pieces of rounding rollers in the form of two pairs, in one set of RH1000 Strip Edge Trimming Machine: (Fig.4)
b) The two pieces of bottom rounding rollers are fixed in terms of vertical movement, and is of driving type in terms of revolve, driving the two pieces of top rounding rollers into rotation. The pieces of bottom rounding rollers are driven with cycloidal gear motors and reducers: (Fig.5)
c) Comparatively, in Edge deburring and Rounding machine, the two pieces of top rounding rollers can be moved up and down, as well as leftward and rightward, to be suitable for various thickness and width of workpiece in Edge Rounding machine, driven with corresponding hydraulic oil cylinders; And in terms of revolve, they are of idle type, driven with its counterpart of driving bottom rounding rollers;
d) Still further, in Edge Rounding machine, the two pieces of top rounding rollers can also travel in inching mode horizontally driven with another set of hydraulic cylinder, making the rounding rollers pressing against rounding edge of workpiece firmly, even this rounding edge is slant in certain degrees: (Fig.6)
3) Thus realizes the deburring and rounding process in the RH1000 Strip Edge Rounding machine;
4) Please note here we do not mention the downward pressing rollers in the models of RH1500, RH2000 and RH3000. This unit is not equipped in RH1000 Edge deburring and Rounding machine, because the workpiece width of 1000m and less does not entail this down pressing unit.
