Background: The attached master (the first one) photo records on working moments of Wuxi JACK PHJ15 model 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine at a Chinese steel structure customer facility.
1) From T Beam to H Beam: The master picture shows beginning of the second step operation for making one piece of welded H Beam in this Pull Through H Beam Welder: At the completion of T Beam welding, the second piece of flange is hoisted onto the workpiece along input conveyor of the machine, making it into the final structure of welded H Beam;

2) The 2nd Round of Fabrication: Then, the workpiece will repeat the steps finished in its first round of welded T Beam fabrication: Clamped and positioned with alignment units; Welded with SAW (Submerged arc welding) system; And straightened after welding. With these procedures, one piece of welded H Beam is finished fabrication in PHJ15 model 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;

3) The Equipment for T Beam Fabrication: T Beam is another kind of important steel structure workpiece in use, not only as semi-finished WIP (Work in process) of H Beam. And, from the above steps we can see, that this PHJ15 model Pull Through H Beam Welder (The name is arisen out of the fact that, H Beam is fabricated in the form of its being “pulled” and going through the machine) can also be used as 3 in 1 T Beam Welding Machine, which is shown the attached second picture: A set of green color Wuxi JACK PHJ15 model machine is delivering a piece of welded T Beam. The two sets of machine in the first and second attached photos have same structure and working principle and can be exchanged, for fabricating on either welded H Beam or welded T Beam.
1) Usage: Base bed is foundation of the machine. It is in the form of solid structure. Assembled with U shape gantry on its top, the base bed and U shape gantry compose into mechanical main body of the 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine. Please check the attached 3rd and 4th photos on base bed and assembled main body of the machine respectively;

2) Structure: Base bed has two main sections of pedestal and two pieces of top assembled C shape brackets, which form up lateral side of the machine main body;
3) The C shape brackets have two functions:
One is to construct a relative enclosed working area of the 3 in 1 H Beam Welding Machine;
The other is to have a lateral opening for the purpose of easy operation: When making adjust on H Beam flange alignment by means of manual handwheels, operator can get access to this operating zone without hinderance:

4) Comparatively, ZHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Fabrication Machine has enclosed lateral side, because both sides of H Beam flange alignment are all made carried out by means of automatic running hydraulic cylinders drive, without human intervention of semi-automatic fashion, as in the case of PHJ series machine:
5) Pedestal is strong and sturdy box structure, which will be assembled firmly into foundation of the machine, inside workshop floor, during installation of the PHJ series 3 in 1 H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Machine;
6) The C structure bracket has grid shape cross section. Which, not only gives the Pull Through H Beam Welder machine good appearance, but also increases on its strength and stability in great extent:
