1) Precise control on tilting angle of milling head is one of the key factors, for guaranteeing on superior quality of plate edge milling performance, delivered from XBJ and SXBJ series Automatic Metal Plate Chamfering Machine;
a) The tilting angle of milling head, and hence completed milling angle on workpiece steel plate, is adjusted by means of manual turning milling head;
b) Then, check on actual milling angle, by means of the hardware metallic angular ruler, shown in below photo:

4) Which means, there is angle indicating dial on milling head of XBJ and SXBJ series Automatic Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine of all models. For “ordinary” models, just by turning the milling head with manual labor or motor drive, the tilted angle of milling head is shown in this indicating dial in real time;
5) Meanwhile, there is no preemptive measure to make sure desired angle to be got, just trace on it;
6) The milling head is turned to -45°, for cutting bottom edge beveling: (Fig.2)

1) Data Input: Before edge milling operation, based on designed finished product and welding grooves to be made: Top and bottom bevels and chamfers, operators just key in the target tilting angle of the milling head, the milling head will revolve to that angle accordingly;
2) Real Time Show: At the same time, there is another digital display on milling head, which shows angle of the milling cutter in real time;
3) Monitor: Operator can check and monitor revolving progress on the milling head, by means of this digital display;
4) Operating Pendant: Another pendant incorporating operating buttons and switches are hung on lateral side of milling head carriage, with velocity of plate edge milling shown on it during work of End Milling Machine. Please check the attached 6th picture.
