1. Working Environment:

2) The open air installed Wuxi JACK SXBJ-18 Large Sheet Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine: (Fig.1)
3) This SXBJ-18 large machine is installed in open air ground. This is the common practice in the introduction of large scale double heads long stroke SXBJ model Sheet Metal Plate Edge Milling Machine:
4) For the sake of the large overall dimension of the SXBJ-18 model, it is difficult to find an ample place inside ordinary indoors workshop, for putting into use the large machine;
5) Under such outdoors working conditions, proper and strict daily use and maintenance is of vital importance, for maintaining stable and high standard operating level of the SXBJ-18 large machine;
a) 24,000mm (18,000mm+ 6,000mm) length mechanical machine body;
b) 3,000mm height of pressing beam and working table;
c) 3,500mm depth, or cross section width of working table;
