The difference lies in lighter loading capacity of welding equipment, because of loading tonnage confinement from servo motors.
With higher manufacturing cost than conventional models, this Welding Positioning Machine is developed for applicating scenarios of:
1) Robot Welding: The servo drive Weld Turning Table here serves as high precision control motorized welding fixture of the workpiece;
2) Wider Choices on Process Technology: Painting, Assembly, Ultrasonic Examination, Radiographic Inspection, Manual Detection… All the application situations which involve workpiece position manipulation of high precision. In this respect, same as Welding Rotator, the usage of such Servo drive Welding Positioner is not confined to welding;
3) Most majority conditions for this series of High Precision Welding Positioner, it is used for automatic welding, instead of manual welding on the structure members.
The most distinct feature with this servo drive high precision Welding Positioning Machine is its high degree of precision: Based on dimension of workpiece, as well as welding process technology applied in the Welding Positioner, the precision of Weld Turning Table both in 0°~360° revolving and 0°~120° tilting can be controlled within the tolerance of ±0.03°;

b) Under majority application, every product of high precision Servo Welding Positioner is custom made, which means workpiece applicable for this Welding Positioning Machine is dedicated. So, as can be seen from the attached pictures, there is no T slot in the Weld Turning Table. Instead, workpiece secure is by means of welding fixture.
