1) In the former three production sections we introduced Usage/ Nomination/Working Principle/ Parameters/ Structure/ Main Components/ Hydraulic system of J series Ribbed plate unit straightening machine;
2) In this section we will go on to have explanation on operation of J series Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine.
We discuss this in the sequence of working process of the Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine.
a) The workpiece is feed into and out of main body of Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine mechanical gantry main frame, by way of input conveyors;
b) The supporting rollers mentioned before is for raising the workpiece and putting it onto the bottom straightening roller;
c) Its revolve transmission is engaged with that of the bottom straightening rollers by means of chain sprocket couples;
d) For this purpose, the supporting rollers has vertical stroke of 40mm driven with hydraulic cylinder: When the Rib Plate Unit Straightening Machine is in straightening, its surface is 20mm lower than that of input conveyor;
e) When workpiece is sent into the Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine, it rises and has its surface 20mm higher than that of input conveyor, supporting the workpiece and then lower the workpiece onto the bottom straightening roller;
f) For the easy control of workpiece manipulation with this Ribbed Plate Straightening Machine, the front and rear supporting rollers work individually; Their extreme positions of top and bottom are at same level;
i. Surface of the bottom straightening rollers is 5mm higher than that of conveyor;
ii. This means, when this Stiffener Plate Straightening Machine is in straightening, both the front and rear supporting rollers and conveyor rollers have its surface height lower than that of the bottom straightening rollers;
iii. In this way, the supporting rollers and conveyor rollers will not be affected with straightening process in the Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine, and got protected in the largest degree;
i. This is the critical or core step of straightening process of the Stiffener Plate Element Straightening Equipment;
ii. The top straightening rollers of each set of straightening unit can be moved both up and down for various thickness of workpiece, together with leftward and rightward for various span of stiffeners;
iii. Please check attached pictures. There is ruler fit on the lateral side of the top straightening rollers, to have its vertical movement precisely controlled in the Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine;
iv. Please check attached picture for operating panel of the Stiffener Plate Unit Straightening Equipment. Its three sets of straightening units are manipulated separately;
v. For each set of the straightening unit, its top straightening rollers are managed up and down, or horizontally by means of the corresponding toggle switch; Its bottom roller can be moved horizontally with its toggle switch also, in the Ribbed Plate Unit Straightening Machine;
vi. Rollers of input and output conveyors of the Rib Plate Unit Straightening Machine can be raised up or lowered down respectively;
vii. Management on the entire equipment of this Rib Plate Element Straighten Machine, including Power On and Off/ Hydraulic system On and Off/ Conveyor FOR and RVR, can all be realized with the Rib Plate Unit Straightening Machine;
viii. There is Emergency STOP button on the panel, for contingency control of this Ribbed Plate Unit Straighten Equipment.
