This set of 4,000mm span CNC-CG4000 CNC Flame Cutting Machine was exported to Central Europe together with H Beam Fabrication Machine by Wuxi JACK in 2019, for performing first operation in customer’s Steel Structure facility.
1. Strip cutting: As you can find from the first photo, there are workpieces cut off from carbon steel plate, on the cutting platform of this CNC Plate Cutting Machine;
2. Shape cutting: Besides cut into strip and or rectangular contour, the sheet metal plates in this CNC Cutting Machine can also be used for plate shape cutting, with the command of CNC system, as shown in the second photo:
1) Cutting Media: This CNC Plate Cutting Machine utilizes Oxygen and cutting gas of Acetylene or Propane;

1. Appearance: The attached third and fourth photos reflect on its installation and assembly on CNC Plate Cutting Machine at Wuxi JACK workshop;
2. Structure and Size: The mechanical gantry main frame of CNC Plate Cutting Machine is a long integral horizontal column of 4m length with two lateral boxes. There are travel wheels at the bottom surface of the two side boxes, so that the main frame can travel along cutting rails of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine during its cutting operation:
1) During work of the CNC Flame Cutting Machine, the mechanical main gantry frame carries the cutting torches into movement for carrying out cutting job on workpiece;
2) X Axis: Cutting torches move along both width direction of steel plates, by means of cutting torches travel along the CNC Plate Cutting Machine main frame under servo motor drive;
3) Y Axis: And along length direction of steel plates, by means of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine main frame travelling along cutting rails;
1) CNC control system is installed at usually the right side of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine main frame, together with the gas supply and control panel (Please check the second photo);
2) In this way, operator of the CNC Plate Flame Cutting Machine can manage and monitor the working process within arm reach.

2) Both sides of the horizontal gantry beam boxes are engaged into cutting rails of 15m length or longer, as you can observe from the first photo;
3) Precision Management: Parallism and linearity of cutting rails should be adjusted within stipulated precision tolerance;

3) Of course, due to the width of cutting torch itself to be assembled into gantry beam of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine, it should not say that the more the torch the better;
4) Recommended Qty of Cutting Torch for CNC-CG4000: For CNC Plate Flame Cutting Machine of 4,000mm valid width, which is model CNC-CG4000, the optimum quantity of cutting torch is two sets;
