Profile Cutting CG6000 Double Drive CNC Strip Flame Plate Cutting Machine

The CNC-CG6000 Double Drive CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine shown in the attached picture is for a newly built and start up steel structure facility.

1.  Usage and General Description on the 6,000mm Max. Cutting Width CNC Flame Cutting Machine:

1)   Origin of this Model:   The 6,000mm valid width stroke double drive CNC Plate Cutting Machine with strip torches is expanded on the basis of "standard" product of “Basic Configuration CG4000 Single Drive CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine”, with 2,000mm additional broader rail span, and upgraded from single drive to double drive;

2)   Appearance of Single Drive and Double Drive CNC Plate Cutting Machine:  

So, how to identify whether a set of CNC Cutting Machine is single drive or double drive at first glance? 

 a) As you can observe from primary photo of the product section of “4m Span Single Drive Numerical Control CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine”, in single drive CNC Plate Cutting Machine, one side of transverse mechanical beam is inversed T frame, which has longer bottom face running on the cutting rails;

b) And the other side of mechanical transverse beam is a long length solid box frame, with much shorter length along direction of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine cutting rails; 

c) Comparatively, in double drive CNC Flame Cutting Machine, both sides of the mechanical transverse beam are inversed T frame, which have driving servo motors reducers and transmission units installed inside. Please check the below illustration:

3)  General Configuration of the CNC-CG6000 CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine:

a) Function: This set of 6,000mm transverse size CNC Flame Cutting Machine is used for fulfiling plate shape cutting on carbon steel plates, with plates width up to 5,200mm width;

b) The CNC shape cutting is complated by means of the two pieces of CNC control flame cutting torches, which are assembled at the front side of mechanical transverse beam;

c) And high efficiency Oxy-fuel flame plate strip cutting, which is carried out in the CNC Flame Plate Cutting Machine, by means of the nine pieces of strip flame cutting torch, which are assebmled at the back side of the mechanical transverse beam;

d) This configuration is demonstrated in the attached first photo of the CNC Plate Cutting Machine;

 e) Merit: Such configuration matches on demand of most majority steel structure plants worldwide;

4)   Safe Operation on Wuxi JACK CNC Plate Cutting Machine:

a) For safety purpose, there are eye catching alarming patterns of yellow black staggered diagonal strips painted at the front sides of gantry moving base, as shown in the attached the first/ second and third pictures;

b) When the CNC Flame Cutting Machine is in working, it gives caution on people around to avoid striding and or bumping with the CNC Cutting Machine:

2.  Servo Driving System of Gantry Moving CNC Flame Cutting Machine:

1)  Role and Importance:  Servo drive unit is the “Off stage contributor” in all the CNC Plate Cutting Machine during its plasma and flame plate shape cutting. It contains and delivers high precision and full stability in persistent manner of plate cutting operation;

2)  Quantity and Installation of Servo Drive System in Double Drive CNC Plate Cutting Machine：

a) There are three sets of servo drive system used in this CNC-CG6000 double drive CNC Plate Cutting Machine, for performing longitudinal double drive on the mechanical transverse beam along the 15m length cutting rails during cutting;

b) The "standard" 15m of the parallel cutting rails can be longer or shorter based on max. length of sheet metal to be cut in the CNC Plate Cutting Machine;

c) And there are two pieces of CNC cutting torches which are installed along the mechanical transverse beam respectively:

a)       Display of state, diagnosis, alarm, and parameter setting in the process of CNC Cutting machine working；

c)     Adjustable motor rpm, command pulse, valid load efficiency, diagnosis of alarm, making precise management on running of the CNC Flame Cutting machine；

d)     Motor is made of high flux thulium，of good magnetism conduct and dissipation， high density and little variation of dynamic characteristic；
