Fast Speed Automatic Lengthways ASM130 Angle Steel Straightening Machine

This set of ASM130 Angle Iron Straightening Machine was taken at Wuxi JACK ready to ship area. It had been commissioned and painted, waiting for delivery to customer.

1. Usage and Full Configuration of ASM130 Rolled Angle Straightening Machine:

1)       Workpiece and Machine Purpose of the Rolled Angle Straightening Machine:

a)       Angle Steels (The same name: Angle Iron/ L steel/ Rolled Angle/ L Steel) is a kind of widely used material in Manufacturing/ Construction/ Building field. For example, Shipbuilding/ Industrial Furnace/ Reaction Tower, etc. There are several grades of specification of these Angles Irons, ranging from as small as 20 x20x3 to as big as 200x200x20;

b)      Correspondingly, based on the largest size of the Rolled Angle that can be straightened, the ASM-series L Steel Straightening Machine has series of standard models. Of which the ASM130 Angle Straightening Machine is the middle size of these series of equipment, and also an often selected model, due to the size range of the Angle Irons it can process. The largest Angle Steel available for being straightened in ASM130 Angle Steel Straighten Machine is 130 x130 x 10 mm;

2)       Complete Configuration in L Steel Straightening Machine:

a)       The first photo was taken on main body of the machine. Besides, there are input and output conveyors of 5.8m length each at the both ends of the main body, which is shown in the second photo;

b)      This ASM130 Angle Iron Straightening Machine has fast speed on straightening (6000mm/min. Fixed speed), and good straightening effect. Usually, one time job can meet the demand on straightness of the straightened Rolled Angles, without the need of the 2nd time straightening through the Rolled Angle Straightening Machine.

2. Operation of ASM series Rolled Angle Straightening Machine:

Operation of these fast speed L Steel Straightening Machine is made with Operating Pendant at Hand/ Handwheels on the top of machine body / Operating Panel on the control board. See the attached 3^rd to 4^th pictures for the three sections:

1) Operating Pendant at Hand of Angle Iron Straightening Machine:

Please check the 3^rd photo. Because of the long size of these Rolled Angle Straightening Machine (Input and Output Conveyor), sometimes it is convenient to have an operating pendant close at hand. Please check attached picture also for the operating pendant equipped in the machine for a Russian customer. It is the main operating component in the ASM-series Angle Steel Straighten Machine. You can see from the 3^rd photo that each of the 5 pieces of top straightening roller all has its control toggle switch;

2) Handwheels on the top of Angle Steel Straighten Machine body:

Please check the 4^th photo. In the small and medium models of the Angle Straightening Machine (ASM63/ ASM100/ ASM130), for making adjustment on travel stroke of top straightening rollers in precision fashion, there is one array of handwheels installed on the top surface of the machine main body. One handwheel corresponds with one set of top roller right beneath it;

3) Operating Panel on the control board in the Angle Straightening Machine:

Please check the 5^th and 6^th photos. Strictly speaking, it is not an operating panel, but just several control buttons for managing the general condition of the L Steel Straightening Machine instead: The air breaker at lateral side of the control board; The emergency button at front door of control board; The leftward and or rightward movement of Angle Irons, etc. In All, not only straightening speed, but also operation is intuitive in operation of these ASM-series fast speed Rolled Angle Straightening Machine.
