2) Number of operators and expected skill for working on the production line.
1. Function:
This line of machine equipment is for producing welded H Beam and T Beam of medium to large size, in the form of individual running machine tools of:
1) Z18 model I H Beam Assembly Machine;
2) LHA5Z model I H Beam Welding Machine for SAW (Submerged arc welding);
3) HYJ800 or YTJ series I H Beam Flange Straightening Machine:
The finished welded H Beam produced Wuxi JACK 3 in 1 I H Beam Welding Machine: (Fig.1)
1) Flexible arrangement on model and quantity of each set of equipment;
2) Maneuverable layout of machine tool;
3) Low and phased (Multi-generation) in investment--- Customer can make purchase on the above mentioned three H Beam Production Equipment, either with one time investment, or set by set from the most urgent one. This can relieve financial pressure to a large degree of customer, when budget is tight.
The complex of HB1800 models equipment group should cover process technology from: Carbon steel plate cut (1st operation), to H Beam assembly and tack welding, to H Beam SAW welding, to H Beam flange straightening. To be specific:
1. Carbon Steel Plate Cut:
1) This is accomplished with one set of CNC-CG series CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine, suggested cutting rail span is 4,000mm. Since it is a general purpose equipment, and not confined to I H Beam Production Line, it is not a typical H Beam Production Machine:

4) Position in Layout: Considering its role, in layout of I H Beam Production Machine Line, CNC Strip Plate Cutting Machine is usually located and installed at SOL (Start of production line);
1) Related I H Beam Production Equipment: One set of Z18 model I H Beam Assembly Machine with stitch welding. This equipment works in fully automatic style, which means it operates in the working style of:
2) Flange and web automatic alignment and fitting up;
3) Automatic spot welding, equipped with 2 sets of CO2 Welding power source:

1) Related I H Beam Production Equipment: One set of LHA5Z model center control, or one set of LHA5C side control, or one set of LHT model T type mechanical frame structure. Here we recommend LHA5Z center control or LHT, which needs only one operator, and hence saving variable cost for customer:

1) Related I H Beam Production Equipment: One set of motor drive HYJ-40 or HYJ-800, can meet the demand, if flange thickness does not exceed 40mm: (Fig.7)
2) Mild Speed Model: Considering proper straightening speed, which has similar level of running speed as assembly and welding, thus acquiring coherent working speed along the entire I H Beam Production Machine Line, we recommend HYJ-40 model, which has 9,000mm/min. straightening speed compared with 17,000mm/min. of HYJ-800 model, and matches with the preceding steps of H Beam assembly and SAW welding;
5. Support Equipment:
It needs two sets of travelling crane, with at least 5 Ton loading capacity, for moving raw material and workpiece among the machine groups along the entire production line.
1) Number of Technicians: With the automatic equipment for H Beam assembly and SAW welding as we suggested above, number of the operators for this HB1800 semi-automatic line for H Beam production should be 4 operators plus 1 operator as backup, which means: One operator works on each machine, and one operator for back up, assistant and support;
2) Operator Skill: Operators should command medium level welding knowledge and skill.
