3. Where Used: XBJ Series Sheet Metal Edge Milling Machine is widely applied in Industries and Facilities of Boiler, Pressure Vessel, Petroleum, Electric Power, Hoist Machinery, Steel Structure, etc.
1) XBJ series Single Head configuration: This series machine produces on straight edge and upper edge groove on steel plates;
2) SXBJ series double heads configuration: The double heads Plate Welding Groove Making Machine can produce straight edge, upper edge and bottom edge groove with one time stroke of milling head;
1) Milling Angle: Usually, milling head angle is 0°~ 45° for carrying out straight and upper edge groove cutting, and -45°~ 0° for bottom edge groove making;

1) Conventional models of Wuxi JACK machine can have metal plate beveling in the thickness range of 6mm~ 60mm;
2) For special customer demand, this thickness can be up to 80mm to 160mm.
1. This machine has gantry body structure. The steel plates are loaded from its front side by means of loading racks;
2. Edge milling working groups are installed at back side of the mechanical frame;
1) Mechanical system, including machine main frame, machine bed, upper gantry, workpiece supporting and loading rack;
2) Hydraulic driving system, including pump station, electromagnetic valve, oil pipeline. This system is for clamping the steel plates firmly during edge milling;
3) Control system, including electric components, inverter, relay, contactor, cable slides;
4) Edge milling tool: Milling head, facer blade, its elevation, swing, feeding forward and backward driving motors, traveling carriage.
