A.       Brief on Application and Composition of High Precision Servo Drive Rotary Table:

1.       Customers: The 2 Chinese clients are located at Qingdao and Wuhan cities, on Boiler/ Confidential Industry respectively;

2.       Purpose: The 2 Customers Purchase Turn Table for Testing and Welding Use Respectively:

1)       For Testing Use of Rotary Table:

a)      Overall Arrangement: The customer works in confidential field. The 3 Jaw Chuck are assembled onto top surface of Rotary Table. The cylindrical workpiece will be plugged onto center of the 3 Jaw Chuck, with its wall perpendicular to top surface of the Rotary Table;

b)       Integrated Working Group: There is a set of robot being located alongside the Turn Table, with monitoring system and graphic indicator integrated. The articulated arm of robot touches with wall of cylindrical workpiece. And by means of Turn Table rotation, the peripheral wall of cylindrical workpiece will be tested real time through testing system of robot, and demonstrated into graphic monitor of robot;

c)       This composes the entire working unison of High Precision Servo Drive Turn Table, and is applied in confidential use;

1.      Work Nature: 3 Jaw Chuck is a kind of high precision fixture. It can be used in various types of machines and equipment, serving as workpiece fixture: Turn Table here, or CNC Pipe Cutting Machine, or Pipe Flange Circumferential Welding Machine, etc.;

2.       Material: As shown in the photo, 3 Jaw Chuck is made of stainless steel, which has characteristics of: Heat resistance/ water resistance / no deformation after long time use. These are all prerequisite for satisfactory confidential application;

3.      Size and Machining: Here in this business case, the 3 Jaw Chuck has diameter of Φ1,600mm. Production Technology: The entire piece of the chuck is machined in the sequence of: First cut with lathe, then machined with Milling Machine, then holes drilled with drilling machine;

4.       Assembly of 3 Jaw Chuck onto Rotary Table:

2)       Operating Way: As shown in the above photo, the 3 Jaw Chuck is installed onto top surface of Turn Table. In other words, during testing period, it is kept fixed, instead of rotating along with Turn Table;

3)      Fitting on Workpiece Varying Diameters in 3 Jaw Chuck:

a)      Copper Blocks: There is row of copper block along each jaw of the 3 Jaw Chuck. These copper blocks are arranged one by one tightly, forming an array, and fit into positioning slot of each jaw;

b)       Aim: This is for fitting on different diameters of cylindrical workpieces, which will be secured onto the 3 Jaw Chuck. As shown in the photo, there is a small turning roll assembled onto the 3 arrays of copper blocks, this is another smaller fixture; For testing operation, the cylindrical workpiece will snapped onto this turning roll;

c)       Operating Style: Then, along with rotation of Turn Table and 3 Jaw Chuck, the workpiece will go into revolve also. And by means of different sizes of turning roll snapped onto copper blocks, different diameters of cylindrical workpiece can be tested here reliably on Turn Table and 3 Jaw Chuck;
