2) Regularly inspect blockage of transmission units, and service it in time if necessary;
3) Regularly clean sintered welding flux clog on sieve, making sure not affecting normal flux recovery process in the machine;
4) There is insulating plate between welding nozzle and wire and welding head of the H Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine. Check insulation of the insulating plate regularly, and replace it immediately if ever worn happens. Absolutely no short circuit in electric diagram of the machine;
5) Each shift before work of the integral function I Beam Welding Machine, inspect on conductivity condition of grounding cable and welding circuit; Clean away sintered flux；
6) Each shift apply lubricating oil onto nude motion units before and after work of the machine;

2) Please regularly check oil level inside oil tank of pump station. Oil level should be at 2/3 level that of oil index inside oil tank；
3) Please replace oil regularly: Be sure to replace oil for the new equipment of I Beam Assembly Weld Straighten Integral Machine after the first 3 months use. Then replace oil every 6 months of the machine running. The newly added oil should be clean. Please use 120 mesh sieve to replace oil in the machine；
4) For replacing oil in the machine, please first drain old oil completely, and clean oil tank thoroughly. Then add in new oil；
5) Before dismantle the oil pipeline of the integral function H Beam Welding Machine, please seal all the exposed oil ports, cautioning against foreign particles coming into oil way.

1) Regularly check insulation and connection condition of cables of the entire machine. In case of damage or loose joint, it must be insulated and tightened to avoid short circuit or electric shock;
2) Regularly check components of control circuit of the machine. In case of damage, it should be replaced in time;
3) Regularly check electrical parts for abnormal noise/ odor/ heat, etc. If any normality is found, power supply shall be cut off immediately, and fault shall be found out and eliminated in time according to troubleshooting method, so as to avoid fault expansion.
