60°/ 90°/ 180° Hydraulic Steel Structure Overturning Equipment
1. Automatic: HB series Automatic H Beam Production Line is for fabricating welded H Beam and T Beam in fully automatic way, with the least degree of human intervention;
2. Semi-Automatic: With the personalized combination on Equipment of H Beam Production Line, Semi-Automatic H Beam Production Line can be set up in more flexible way at customer site;
3. Focus: Over the past decades, with the coming up of new generation H Beam Fabrication Machine, the traditional Semi-Automatic and Automatic H Beam Production Line now mainly focus on producing heavy duty steel Beams: Welded H Beam and T Beam with submerged arc welding seam more than one pass and 12mm toe height.

1) This machine is for assembling 2 pieces of flange and 1 piece of web into T Beam and H Beam, and have stitch welding at the same time, to strengthen the assembled T Beam / H Beam;
2) H Beam Assembly Machine is the 1st set of necessary equipment of H Beam Production Line;
There are 3 standard models of the Machine: Z15/ Z18/ Z20, for producing welded T Beam and H Beam with the max. web height of 1500 mm/ 1800 mm/ 2000 mm respectively.
1) Assembly (Fit up and tightening) of flange and web is hydraulic driven;
2) Alignment of flanges with web is automatic and accurate;
3) Guiding of downward pressing roller is guided with 4 pieces of precise linear guideway;
4) Automatic CO2 stitch welding is controlled with PLC, for controllable stitch length and interval;
5) Working speed of H Beam Assembly Machine is adjusted with A.C. inverter and shown in real time, on operating panel digital display of the machine.
1) This machine is for finishing Submerged Arc Welding in the position of 45° fillet welding, on assembled and tack welded H Beam delivered from H Beam Assembly Machine;
2) H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine is the 2nd set of core equipment of H Beam Production Line;
3) In practical application, some model works as part of Automatic H Beam Production Line, some models work as an independent H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine.

i. LHAZ Center Control Gantry Structure:
One operator stands at middle position of gantry frame for operating;
There are 3 standard models: LHA4Z/ LHA5Z/ LHA55Z, for producing H Beam with max. web height of 1200mm/ 1800 mm/ 2000 mm respectively;
ii. LHAC Lateral Control Gantry H Beam Submerged Arc Welding Machine:
Two operators stand at both sides of gantry frame for operating;
There are 2 standard models: LHA4C/ LHA5C, for producing welded H Beam with max. web height of 1500 mm/ 2000 mm respectively;
This is an independent running configured machine;
One model of LHT is available for producing all specifications of H Beam.
1) There will be certain deformation on flange and length direction of H Beam after submerged arc welding. This machine is for straightening the deformation;
2) H Beam Straightening Machine is the 3rd set of core equipment of H Beam Production Line;
There are 2 general types of the machine for H Beam straightening:
Include 3 branches of:
a) HYJ series motor drive downward acting type:
For straightening H Beam flange thickness up to 40mm, on the carbon steel with tensile strength 370~ 510 MPa;
b) YTJ series hydraulic drive downward acting type:
For straightening H Beam flange thickness up to 80mm, on the carbon steel with tensile strength 510~ 600 MPa;
c) WJ series Hydraulic Drive Horizontal H Beam Straightening Machine:
For straightening H Beam flange thickness up to 40mm, on the carbon steel with tensile strength 510~ 600 MPa. Different from HYJ series and YTJ series, which has H Beam in upright position, here in WJ series, H Beam is in flat "lying" down position;
For straightening H Beam deformation along its lengthways direction, with the straightening force up to 300 Ton.
1. Usage: In the process of structure members production, including H Beam/ T Beam/ BOX Beam... etc., it is necessary to convey or flip workpiece among work stations;
2. Main Actions: The necessary operation include:
1) 60°/ 90°/ 180° flipping;
2) Lifting up and lowering down;
3) Sending forward of steel structure members;
3. Application: These 60°/ 90°/ 180° Hydraulic Steel Structure Overturning Equipment / Steel Conveyor/ Chain type Manipulator are necessary equipment in all kinds of Steel Structure Production Line and facilities: H Beam Production Line/ BOX Beam Production Line/ T Beam Production Line, etc.
